Moving locally? No worries. Springfree Switzerland can come to your home, disassemble your trampoline, transport to its new location anywhere in Switzerland, and reassemble it there.

For international moves, we will disassemble your trampoline and box it in Springfree’s original packaging, so it’s ready to be shipped safely anywhere in the world, minimizing the risk of parts getting lost or damaged. Please note that we caution against asking moving company personnel to disassemble your Springfree trampoline. Movers are generally not familiar with our trampolines and often struggle with the disassembly. This can result in damaged or missing parts, which may not be discovered until you attempt to rebuild your trampoline in its new location. Further, if not packaged properly, there is an elevated risk that pieces of your trampoline disappear on route to their new home.

Buying a used Springfree trampoline? While we do not get involved with the actual sale/purchase transaction, we do offer trampoline relocation services for the purchaser. Our service includes disassembly of the trampoline at the seller’s location, transport of the trampoline to its new home, and reassembly of it there. Buying a used Springfree trampoline is a great way to purchase Springfree quality while saving money versus the cost of a new Springfree trampoline. If you are considering purchasing a second-hand trampoline, we strongly advise that you see the trampoline in person and examine it closely. While our products are extremely robust, depending on the age and use of a trampoline, components such as the enclosure net or jumping mat may show signs of excessive wear or damage that cannot be readily seen in photos provided by the seller. A discounted trampoline is not a bargain if you unexpectedly end up having to replace principal elements.

Minor parts, such as c-clips, mat cleats, net poles, and individual mat rods can be easily replaced by trampoline owners. Replacement of enclosure nets, jumping mats, and frame pieces is more involved and requires that the trampoline be disassembled down to the base frame.

If your trampoline is located in a shady area, over time, it may be subject to the buildup of mold and mildew on the enclosure net, yellow/grey jumping mat band, jumping mat edge (top and bottom), mat rods, and frame. Springfree Switzerland offers a cleaning service that involves pressure-washing the entire trampoline. All we require is convenient access to water and electricity. The cleaning takes approximately one hour and will make your trampoline sparkle like new. We’ll also take the opportunity to inspect your trampoline and advise you of any concerns.

Whether in conjunction with the purchase of new Springfree trampoline or simply because you have an old trampoline in your garden that you wish to make disappear, Springfree Switzerland offers a disassembly/disposal service for all trampoline brands. Since there is a wide variety of trampoline sizes and designs, the cost of disassembly varies. Please provide us with the basic information concerning the target trampoline (manufacturer, size, age) as well as several photos of the trampoline and your address, and we will prepare a customized offer. Our service includes disassembly of the trampoline and removal of the trampoline parts as well as final disposal of the materials.
